1. General Information
When you book a tattoo appointment with me, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. These policies are in place to ensure clear communication and protect both you and myself as the artist.
2. Appointment Policy
• Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only after I receive a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo cost on the day of your session.
• Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling or Cancellation:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
• If I don’t hear from you within this time frame, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Health and Safety
• Your Responsibility: By booking with me, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old (please bring a valid ID).
• You are in good health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that could affect your judgment.
• You do not have any medical conditions (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, blood disorders) that could impact the tattooing process.
• Risks:
• Tattoos involve risks such as allergic reactions, infections, and scarring. By going ahead, you accept these risks.
• Aftercare: I will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing. It’s your responsibility to follow them carefully.
4. Design Policy
• All tattoo designs are custom-made by me and remain my intellectual property unless we agree otherwise.
• If you’d like changes to the design, please let me know before your appointment. Major changes on the day of the appointment may require rescheduling.
5. Pricing
• The final cost of your tattoo depends on the size, complexity, and time required.
• I will give you an estimate during our consultation, and any additional costs will be discussed upfront.
6. Tattoo Agreement
• On the day of your appointment, you’ll need to sign a Tattoo Consent Form. This confirms that you understand the risks, approve the design, and agree to these terms.
• If you refuse to sign the consent form, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Refund Policy
• I don’t offer refunds for completed tattoos.
• If touch-ups are needed due to improper healing caused by not following aftercare instructions, additional charges may apply.
8. No-Show and Late Policy
• If you don’t show up for your appointment without letting me know, your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
9. Intellectual Property
• All designs, including custom tattoos, are my property and may not be reproduced without my permission.
10. Disclaimers
• I do my best to provide a smooth and safe tattooing experience. However, I can’t be held responsible for issues such as allergic reactions, improper healing, or dissatisfaction with the final design if it was approved beforehand.
